Welcome to Ultimate Havoc Wrestling Inc. We hope you enjoy your stay. The following are just some rules that we would like you to follow:
Roleplay Deadline:
BLOOD Zone Deadline Friday at 11:59PM Mountain Time
Pay Per View Deadline Sunday at 11:59pm Mountain time
NOTE: UHW has a rule that you are required to post your first rp 24 hours before deadline. For Blood Zone that means your first rp must be in by Thursday at 1159pm Mountain Time, for Pay Per Views it means your first rp must be posted by Saturday 1159pm Mountain Time
Match Writing/Segment Deadline: 24 hours before show is to be up. Segments are to be sent to Bondic.
No Showing
Just like baseball, there is a "3 strikes and you're out" system. No show once and you lose your match. No show a second time and you lose in a one sided affair. No show a third time and you will be fired. Everyone has three weeks to promo so there's really no excuse not to get something in. If there is a legitimate reason as to why you can't write a promo during the assigned period, please let us know in advance so that we can make the necessary changes. All we ask is for some common courtesy. If you are fired and desired to return at a later date, it will have to be voted in by all members of the exec team. You will also be on a much shorter leash (one and done) than the rest of the roster for a probationary period of one pay per view cycle.
Also if you no show and we don’t know why you didn’t show then your 3rd strike will be a match that you must post ONE rp in a “Win or Be Fired” match. If you show at least good effort then we can reconsider if you lose. If you desire to return later on, not only must the staff agree upon it but you will be in a “Win for Contract” Match
RP’s/Sniping
To prevent unfair last minute sniping, you can only post one rp in the last 6 hours. It doesn’t matter if it’s your first or your 3rd. Also we judge rp’s by quality not quantity. So even if you do post 3 rp’s, that doesn’t automatically mean you will win because your opponent only posted 1. Also we have a rule that you are allowed to do storyline/off camera in your RP but it must be labeled as such AND you must post a shoot/on camera with it or your RP won’t count towards your match. This is to make it fair as your opponent can’t use the off camera stuff.
Editing Rp’s
We've been noticing some people have been editing RP's after posting them. Please be aware of a new rule that is being added, as a result of more than one person noticing this and bringing it up. Look over your RP and do final edits BEFORE posting it. Any RP that is edited more than 5 minutes after being posted may be subject to suspension or DQ during that period. Whether it's changing coding, adding a picture, etc. you should have that finalized before posting. There IS a preview post feature, after all. Please use.
Gimmick Infringement
You cannot use the gimmick of any WWE, TNA, or AEW licensed product, nor mention anything WWE, TNA, or AEW related in a RP. Nor may you use any form of copyrighted material. This includes names, stories, and even certain ideas. We can be brought up on legal action for doing so, so if this happens you will be immediately removed from the fed, no questions asked. Make sure to ask permission in the use of any character or NPC that you have not created unless otherwise specified. If you do this more than once, you will be removed from the fed.
Character Storylines/Concerns
If you have any ideas for your character, whether it involves alignment, storylines, or anything else, feel free to PM the show poster account or any of the execs. You will typically receive a reply in a day or so. Also if you have any complaints about anything, please take them to the proper channels. Keep them off the boards. PM us and I will address them immediately.
Promos
Promos are what you write against your opponent during the RP period. These are what we judge to determine winners/losers of the match. There are two types: shoot and character development. We encourage you to use both. Shoot would be something like CM Punk does on a regular basis against guys. Character development is something TNA (attempts) to do on a weekly basis with their TMZ style backstage vignettes. This is essentially an exercise in creative writing, so feel free to be creative.
Segments
Segments are parts of the show that you write for the show itself. If you have a storyline going with someone, you could do a co-segment with them. Or you could do a solo segment. These are the typical things you would see on any WWE broadcast. They typically take place in and around the arena, with the seldom exceptions. Make sure to ask permission in the use of any character or NPC that you have not created unless otherwise specified. If you do this more than once, you will be removed from the fed.
Issues with Creative Team
If you have a problem with how your character was used in a match OR if you feel that you should have won a match, contact one of the UHW Staff We are all adults here and should be able to discuss out our problems. Do Not Openly attack anyone on the board and Do Not Openly attack the match writers. Breaking the rule could result in suspension.
Graphic Content
Rape, killing, racial slurs, other violence, and sexual content is allowed, but only with either characters that you create (thus you control them). If you are doing one of these things towards another handler's people, you must have THEIR permission before posting said rp. Basically, PM them and tell them what you're going to do, even allow them to see that part of your RP, and make sure they are ok with it. We do ask though that you go easy on the graphicness or offensiveness of the RP.
If you think your RP may be too graphic or offensive to anyone due to its content, submit it to me (Bondic) for approval. You will be told one of three things: It’s OK to post, to add an OOC note at the top to warn people, or you may be asked to edit parts of it. If a graphic/offensive RP is posted without consulting me first, it will be deleted and you will be subject to suspension or immediate firing, depending on the severity of the content.
Stealing/Ripping
No "stealing" them from other people, also known as ripping. This means you take someone's RP and only change the names to fit your character. Anyone found in violation of this WILL be dismissed from the fed immediately AND it could result in being banned from the board as well. You must be able to prove that your RP's are your own work. This includes match writing as well.

These rules will be changed and amended as needed, and announcement will be posted on the board. If there is anything you don’t agree with, drop us a PM and we’ll talk about it.
